Natural Weight Loss is the best way to lose weight bar none. It's healthy and even fun to lose weight the natural way. Some low carb and Atkins type diets could be dangerous to your health. I have tried some of these diets and can report the problems with them. Most so called new diets are just old ones with new names and may have been improved. It's best to stick with whatever works for you if it falls into what I call the Natural Weight Loss method. By this I mean to stay away from drugs and strange drinks unless a doctor has prescribed them.
I have personally tried the low carb diets and some new ones that are nothing more than rehashed Atkins diet and these diets made me lose weight very quickly. However not only did I lose body fat weight, I also lost muscle weight. I had very obvious muscle and fat loss because I could see my reduced muscle mass in the mirror. Some company s say you can lose 10 pounds the first week. Sure, water and salt will weigh about that much. Nice trick tv salespeople.
This certainly isn’t healthy. Furthermore, the more muscle mass that you lose, the less toned your body shape is. The end result is that you will end up thin and yet look flabby with lose skin. Muscle mass is good as long as you don't overdo it if your a woman. Muscle mass or I should say Controlled Muscle Mass along with the correct amount of body fat gives you that wonderful woman shape and because muscle burns fat is a natural Weight Loss method that works.
The key to natural weight loss is healthy eating. Knowing what to eat and what to avoid is key. Also how much of a really good salad can you really have? As much as you want if the dressing is correct type. Also what about eating out? Who want's to starve while other people stuff themselfs right in front of you.
